Cut Plan

The FXPRO Cut modules optimize fabric utilization by streamlining key processes, including the generation of cut order management, marker plans, cut lay plans and the allocation of fabric, as well as cut sheet generation. This process ensures efficient fabric planning, eliminating bottlenecks and minimizing remnants, leading to cost savings and enhanced resource management.

The system automatically group fabric rolls, after completing the inspection process and being released to production, based on similar width, shade, and shrinkage. It then collaborates with the marker plan to accurately calculate the planned cut quantity by running algorithms and real-time data analysis. This ensures predictability in the order-to-cut plan quantity, supporting accurate order fulfillment.

The required number of Cut Lay plans are created by validating the ply allocation for laying automatically and generating the corresponding cut sheets for use during the laying process.

Based on the Cut Start Schedule, the system facilitates generating the Fabric Requisition Note to transfer fabric from the RM warehouse to the cutting location. Once the laying process is complete and the actual lay status is confirmed via tablet, the system updates the plan versus the actual cut quantity for each roll, as well as the remnant stock details, in real time.

Additionally, the system provides up-to-date cut plan vs. actual status for analysis, enabling quick actions to ensure a sustainable and efficient process.

Features

Fabric Cut Planning ensures accuracy and shortens lead times

Flexibility in creating Fabric Groups, either automatically or manually, based on specific needs.

Released fabric rolls are automatically allocated with the marker plan and generate the planned cut quantity.

Provides the ability to reallocate fabric rolls, either fully or partially (split), to other orders as required.

Allows the assignment of damaged fabric roll length and exclusive of the plan allocation until a decision is made for approved or rejection.

Automatic creation of plan vs. actual style consumption analysis.

The Fabric Roll allocation process is seamlessly integrated with inventory management, eliminating the need for data importing and ensuring a more efficient and error-free workflow.

User-friendly editing options are available for manual changes in fabric allocation.

Manual changes can be made to the marker or fabric roll allocation as needed.

The practical cut plan process ensures on-floor execution and adjustments.

Replaces manual planning, eliminating duplication of data entry and reducing the risk of errors.
